At Kiddie Castle, we believe every child is royalty — full of wonder, curiosity, and potential. Located in the heart of Snohomish, WA, our home-based daycare offers a warm, engaging, and safe environment where children ages 0 months to 10 years can learn, grow, and thrive.
Founded and led by Soumya Nagtode, a former nurse and passionate caregiver, Kiddie Castle is built on a foundation of love, trust, and developmental care. With years of experience as both a healthcare professional and a mother, Soumya brings a unique blend of nurturing, structure, and early childhood expertise into every part of the day.

Our curriculum blends structured activities with free play, using art, music, sensory exploration, and storytelling to make learning fun and developmentally appropriate.
Our Curriculum Philosophy
At Kiddie Castle, we believe that children learn best through play and hands-on experiences. Our curriculum is designed to foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment. We focus on the whole child, supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through individualized attention and developmentally appropriate activities.

Thoughtfully designed for infants and toddlers to feel safe, nurtured, and engaged — right from 0 months old.
Infant & Toddler Zones
Infant-safe play areas, soft mats, tummy-time tools, and separate crib space for soothing naps — all sanitized daily and built for babies 0+ months.
Meals & Nutrition
Home-cooked meals and snacks provided daily, following USDA guidelines. We accommodate allergies and dietary needs, and store breastmilk and formula safely.
Nap & Rest
Cribs for infants, labeled cots for toddlers, soft lighting, and quiet background music. We follow Washington's Safe Sleep guidelines.
Diapering & Potty Support
Dedicated changing area, with changes every 2 hours or as needed. We work closely with parents to support potty training when ready.
Indoor Learning & Play
Creative play zones with books, music, art, dramatic play, and sensory activities. Mixed ages foster empathy and mentorship.
Outdoor Fun
Fully enclosed backyard with trikes, water tables, and seasonal play equipment. Daily outdoor time (weather permitting).
